Sandip Rayamajhi
Program DirectorWith over a decade of dedicated experience working in the developmental disability and community mental health sector, Sandip has developed a strong foundation in providing compassionate, person-centered support to individuals with complex needs. His background includes direct service provision, case management, community based service coordinator, behavioral intervention, and collaborative care planning across diverse populations and settings.

Ghanashyam Khadka
Residence DirectorMr. Khadka oversees all home care operations, including recruiting, training, and managing caregivers to ensure high-quality, client-centered services. With three years in home care management, he specializes in creating compliant, personalized care plans, ensuring client continuity and family peace of mind. Additionally, he brings 15 years of nonprofit executive leadership, strengthening the agency’s commitment to trust, compassion, and reliable in-home care.

Heather Carver
Behavioral & Mental Health ConsultantWith 15 years working with individuals with autism and several years in mental health, Heather holds a Master of Science in Behavioral Analysis and currently specializes in working with individuals who have experienced their first episode of psychosis. Her work is deeply informed by both professional expertise as well as personal experience as a parent of a child with autism which is seen in her knowledge compassion and dedication to support individuals and families on their journey.

Martha Fenn King, RN
Nursing ConsultantWith nearly 30 years of experience in IDD nursing, Martha Fenn King has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. She has served as a nurse trainer for multiple REA agencies and vendor organizations in both New Hampshire and Maine. A past president and prior active member of the Developmental Disabilities Nurses of New Hampshire (DDNNH), Martha has also contributed to the revision of the state’s Medication Administration curriculum. Outside of her professional work, Martha is an avid flower and vegetable gardener and enjoys writing books.
